It calculates transport damage claims on a sound legal basis under the CMR Convention, the German Commercial Code (HGB) and the Montreal Convention, identifies the applicable liability rule automatically and produces a court ready damage report in minutes. Notice periods and limitation periods run in the dashboard, so no claim is lost to the passing of time.
