Compliance officer to ISO 37301

ISO 37301, "Compliance management systems. Requirements with guidance for use", sets out the requirements for effective compliance management. Companies that build and run their compliance organisation to this international standard demonstrate that they ensure compliance with legal and other requirements. ISO 37301 also allows this to be confirmed by independent certification.

We provide an external compliance officer, to ISO 37301 or without reference to the standard, whichever suits your organisation. That way the legal rules are applied in full. We take care not to disrupt your operations. Where necessary we answer questions alongside you as compliance officer when the authorities visit.
